Tana is a mental health advocate, speaker, trainer and therapist. She works privately with children of all ages, their parents and in schools as a trauma therapist and thought-change transformation coach.

 

Tana also runs mental health training for companies, workshops and courses for women and parents and INSET training for teachers.
