My name is Laura Hampson; I am the director of Hampson Coaching and founder of The Wellbeing

Support Service.

I am a coach, trainer, and workplace mediator with a no-nonsense solution focused approach.
I specialise in wellbeing and resilience.

I'm also an accredited trainer with Seventh Wave delivering Leadership Excellence programmes and work with MTD as a trainer in a range of topics.

In training and coaching I help people to get the balance right in work and life and overcome those

difficult issues from having difficult conversations to working through a disciplinary investigation. This

helps people to succeed with a range of different situations in a confident and competent manner and

create sustainable change.
