Having been a business coach for over 10 years through my business SMART Support For Business Ltd I have worked one on one with business owners helping them with mindset, motivation and culture.  Helping them with both finding and retaining good people and enhancing the team dynamics to improve the overall results of the business.  One of the aspects of team development that I love doing the most is that of personality testing, coaching and training. Discover Insights was born in May 2024 and is a culmination of both my working experience and my personal development and training journey. 

My goal over the next 10 years is to help 12,000 people by providing them unique insights into their personality.

The insights delivered by the Discover Insights tests gives a unique look at personality in a more comprehensive way than ever before.  We can all feel unseen, unheard or misunderstood at times and it is my belief that everyone should have the opportunity to have a better understanding or who they are and both how and why they think, feel or react the way they do in different situations. 

My clients say that they feel more fully empowered to be themselves, that I had helped them to open doors they hadn’t noticed and take paths they didn’t know existed. I also work with teams as part of their employee well-being and/or training and development programmes to help improve communication, engagement and team dynamics. Ultimately my aim is to help all clients to lead a more balanced life with less stress, more enjoyment and the results that they want whether that is in their business/work, relationships or lives.
