Hi, my name is Sophie Macfarlane I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, HypnoPsychotherapist, Spiritual Coach and Energy Healer.

I include EMDR, EFT and Rergression work in my sessions as appropriate for each client. I specialise in Weight Management and Past Life Regression.

My approach to helping people navigate the challenges and changes that life inevitably brings has developed over 30 years of experience within the Complimentary Health and Welbeing field.

I'm passionate about facilitating clients in transforming their lives. There really is no need for us to stay stuck and unhappy when there are so many wonderful methods and practices that with the right support and understanding can help us overcome our personal obstacles!

Hypnotherapy is the most amazing transformative tool in it's own right as study after study proves. Coupled with an awareness of how our energy field works personally and in relation to the world around us and having a bigger picture view of why certain problems and issues manifest for us, metamorphosis into our best selves and authentic way of being is achievable.
